Soulspace offerings can be found online, at yoga studios, meditation halls, corporations, retreat centers and even outdoors in nature. Most importantly Soulspace is about guiding people to their own space within. We support people with classes, programs, workshops, private consults and retreats. Utilizing a unique combination of meditation, yoga, sound healing, nutrition, cleansing and contemplative practices, our programs – especially when put all together– empower people to discover more energy, better sleep, meaningful purpose, loving relationships, deep healing and general sense of joy and wellbeing.
Soulspace clients are encouraged to participate in weekly, monthly, seasonal and annual programs and practices that support the realization of health, vitality, joy and wellbeing.
