Be on time
Be ready for class 5 minutes before start time, take your seat in a calm, comfortable environment

Be comfortable
Remove your shoes, sit on the floor or in a chair with your feet flat on the floor, have a blanket or shawl nearby for warmth.

Be unplugged
Turn off all unnecessary technology and remove your watch. We’ll keep track of the time for you.

Be kind
Give yourself this sacred time to sit and be still so that you can be present for others.

Be at ease
Everyone can meditate and there is no way to get it wrong.

Be minimal
Simplify your sitting space, remove clutter, and simply breathe.
