Meditation

Sit in stillness and meet up with your moving mind, historical narratives, and general distraction. Has anyone told you that thinking is a normal occurrence in meditation? It’s true! Or that frequency is more important than duration of a meditation? Yes! Take classes, learn techniques, use a mantra, experience your own ‘soul space’. You will be expertly guided the whole way in Soulspace classes and workshops.Our philosophy at Soulspace is simple. With regular practice and guidance skilled instruction, we believe that meditation is for everyone and that meditation is the key to making conscious decisions for wellbeing in your life, health, work and relationships

Yoga

Move and practice sacred traditions of yoga asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), philosophy and grounding. Make daily movement a non-negotiable! Drop in to a class as often as you can.

Nourishment

Food is medicine. Eat organic, mostly plants, not too much. Hydrate with clean filtered room temp water - half your body weight in ounces. Let us guide you with in-class tips and seasonal programs to optimize your physical body and digestion.

Sleep

Learn how to practice good sleep hygiene so you can relieve the mind and heal. Come into harmony with nature’s circadian rhythms. You may hear something about sleep strategies and practices in almost every Soulspace class!

Emotional Balance

Set regular time for emotional integration, reflection, journaling & transforming emotions to wisdom. You can do this seasonally with Soulspace in our Mind Body Detox. Private appointments are also available to give more attention to your emotional integration.

Clean Living

Clear toxins through sleep, sweat and detoxing from sugar and caffeine. Avoid toxins in your environment and products. Eat well to naturally remove toxins inside. It’s all part of our popular Seasonal Mind Body Detox.
